We had the pleasure of meeting the entire team, who graciously took the time to show us what they do and how they do it. It was clear that they are incredibly proud of their work, and rightfully so. The level of care and attention they put into every step of the process was evident.
I was personally fitted by the stock maker and had the opportunity to pick the final piece of wood, which was a nice touch. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was certainly the highlight of my vacation, and it’s clear that the team at RFM truly understands the importance of family values within their company.
